The location of the hotel is superb with stunning views. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ski rental at the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. The restaurant offered a good menu with high-quality produce. The beds were comfortable with good storage in rooms for skiing equipment.
The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to standard. No daily cleaning was provided and there were items left under the bed, sofa, and blanket upon arrival. The lunch service in the restaurant was chaotic. Basic room facilities like the fridge, phone, safe, and room service were lacking.
